Brass coffee table by Rodolfo Dubarry – Spain, 1970´s
This beautiful coffee table is made by Rodolfo Dubarry in Spain in the 1970´s.
This table is made of a wooden base covered with a brass sheetmetal with pewter inlay. Combined together and worked into a superb designpiece. The hammered panels show an intricate design. The repetetive use of 1 or 2 symbols work like magic and almost make this coffee table into a piece of art.
It´s been polished like crazy and only gets better through time… There is one big scratch/dent on the top but we think that only adds to the character…because…hey…it´s not a new piece.
